Amazing! I accidentally put too much torn paper in our brand new shredder. I called the toll free number and the person walked me through a few steps. When it was obvious that it was not going to work, he let me know they would be sending out a new shredder. Wow!

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and so far I am impressed with how quit it si and with the size of the shreds,they are very small.

Purchased a month ago, an adequate cross shred but not specifically "micro". Our last Fellows shredder was purchased in 1990, German-made. We'll see how this Chinese made product holds up.

I bought this shredder for home use. It works fantastic and shreds documents into tiny pieces that can not be reconstructed. The front open doors make emptying the tub a snap. I highly recommend this product.
